No voice unheard, no right ignored

The Government has produced a consultation paper with a variety of proposals to improve the lives of people with mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism. This comes in the light of all the reports arising from the Winterbourne View scandal. Family carers are invited to send in their comments by 29th May 2015.
